Where is your office? Can I visit you?

Our office is located in Greenville, South Carolina. You are welcome to visit our office by appointment. We take pride in being a U.S.-based company.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a strict no refund policy, but if at any point in your case you receive a denial and it’s not your fault, we will refile your case at no extra cost. Before you submit your first payment, you will be able to review the full terms and contract with BDV Solutions in your account.

Are you attorneys? Is BDV Solutions a law firm?

No, BDV Solutions is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice and our services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. If you have legal questions, please consult an immigration attorney. We do partner with immigration attorneys who are highly knowledgeable about the U.S. immigration process and we will pair you with a very well-regarded immigration attorney for your green card application.

Do you guarantee that I will get my Green Card?

No! Anyone who is guaranteeing that they will get you a Green Card should not be trusted because this is impossible. With that being said, we have a 99% EB-3 Visa approval rate.
