Position Overview
Global Teaching Partners, a Vanteo Company, is seeking an Educator Success Manager to lead a team of Educator Success Coaches while directly supporting international educators in the field.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role of Educator Success Manager combines leadership and hands-on coaching, overseeing teacher progress, facilitating onboarding and orientation for newly hired educators, conducting candidate interviews, and collaborating with schools and districts to ensure successful placements. The Educator Success Manager will also drive key projects within the Educator Success Team, fostering an environment where educators can thrive professionally and culturally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a cohort of Educator Success Coaches, who support our Global Educators in the field
- Serve as an Educator Success Coach for assigned districts in person and virtually (includes meeting with and observing teachers to provide academic and coaching support regularly, communicating with principals to provide feedback as needed, and maintaining documentation on teacher progress)
- Manage and support projects on the Educator Success Team as needed
- Support with the pre-arrival onboarding process for newly hired international teachers (includes maintaining documentation, serving as the main point of contact between Global and the newly hired teacher, and assuring that the incoming teacher is advancing through onboarding)
- Assist in the planning and execution of Global’s Incoming Teacher Orientation
- Conduct video and/or phone interviews for potential Global teaching candidates on a weekly basis
- Facilitate district-level and school-level interviews and hiring through Zoom as needed
- Collaborate with the Educator Success Team to support teachers as needed

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Recent, successful k-12 education experience - former teachers and/or academic coaches
