Position Overview
Global Teaching Partners, a Vanteo Company, is seeking an Educator Success Coach to provide academic and transitional support to international educators, serving as a vital liaison between teachers and school administrators while guiding them through cultural, professional, and academic adjustments for continued growth and success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and communicate regular check-ins before and during the school year with assigned teachers
- Communicate teacher progress to the Educator Success Team by updating Teacher Check-In documentation and participating in monthly 1:1 meetings.
- Participate in regular Educator Success Coach meetings
- Connect with school administrators
- Collaborate with the Educator Success Team to support teachers as needed
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative
- Organized, with attention to detail
- Professional communicator, with strong writing skills
- Team player, willing to adapt as needed
- Personable, ready to engage with others
Education and Experience
Recent, successful k-12 education experience and will have served in a leadership role [instructional coach, teacher mentor, principal, assistant principal, etc.]

None
Job Location
Greenville, SC, but not required
Workplace Type
Part-time, with a weekly average per month not to exceed 30 hours per week
