BDV Solutions, LLC ("BDV") is the largest independent third-party provider of EB-3 employee sponsor consulting and case management services in the U.S., focusing on unskilled (entry-level) labor solutions for U.S. businesses. BDV works with the top immigration law firms to assist non-immigrant visa holders to adjust their visa status in the U.S. from an eligible non-immigrant visa to EB-3 permanent residency Green Card and foreign nationals living outside of the U.S. through the Consulate Process. This position will also support other lines of business as we continue to grow and expand.

Position Overview

Director will lead a team of experienced immigration specialists to ensure seamless and efficient processing with attention to metrics and efficient and timely data and process flow across departments. Role requires astute coordination among managers and director level leaders. Strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of employment-based immigration. Must be comfortable and adept with metrics and data analysis for strategy and program vision.

Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the EB-3U division, including developing strategies for program growth, optimization, and client satisfaction.
  • Foster a cross-departmental flow of information, teamwork and efficiencies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for departmental Managers and Directors and advise on strategies for successful visa processing, client services and sales development.
  • Advise and assist on leadership recruitment needs or positions as may be needed across departments.

EB-3 Visa Sales Management

  • Work with Sales team to create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives including market analysis, target customer identification, and pricing strategies.
  • Assist in training and managing a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, feedback, and motivation to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Set clear sales targets, track progress, analyze sales data to identify trends and areas of improvement, and hold team members accountable for results.
  • Ensure sales team has in-depth knowledge of EB-3 visa immigration process and competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management

  • Advise on strategy to maintain strong relationships with foreign national candidates and employers, making sure teams are offering personalized advice and guidance throughout the EB-3 visa process.
  • Develop processes to fully answer customer questions, resolve problems, and promote customer satisfaction.
  • Implement customer service standards, audit procedures, and identify areas of customer service improvement.
  • Monitor the progress of cases in the company’s tracking system.

Process Management

  • Provide strategy and guidance over the entire EB-3 visa application operational process, from labor certification (PERM) to I-140 petition filing and I-485 adjustment of status (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with employers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.

Reporting & Performance Metrics

  • Provide regular reports to BDV Board and Executive Team regarding the status of ongoing cases, departmental performance, visa processing, risks and opportunities in the marketplace, and any issues that need attention.
  • Contribute to the development of reports for BDV Board of Directors.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with other employment-based visa programs (e.g., EB-3 Skilled, H2B, J-1, TN) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PERM labor certification and prevailing wage determinations.
  • Strong understanding of government agencies involved in immigration (USCIS, Department of Labor, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices to drive successful sales cycles.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships to build loyalty and repeat business.

  • Proficient with immigration case management software and standard office tools (MS Office Suite, etc.).

Education and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, JD / Law, or related field. Advanced degree(s) in immigration law or business management a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in progressive managerial and financial statement oversite.
  • U.S. immigration services, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role focused on US immigrant visas a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of immigration visa procedures, including labor certification, I-140 petitions, and adjustment of status processes a plus.
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Supervisor Responsibility

Director will oversee and manage cross-departmental teams including the EB-3 business development team, the sales team, the marketing team, and the operations team ensuring efficiencies and optimal results.
