April 2025 BDV Immigration Update
In April, EB-3 applicants saw meaningful progress. The DOL continued processing PERM and PWD cases with slow but steady movement, while the Visa Bulletin brought significant forward movement, allowing more applicants to cross the retrogression threshold. BDV Solutions also achieved a strong month of approvals.
BDV Approvals (April 2025):
- 34 Green Card approvals
- 139 Labor Certification approvals
- 116 I-140 approvals

May Visa Bulletin is OUT
Final action date: 22MAY21 (no movement from April)
Dates of filing: 22JUN21 (no movement from April)
USCIS will be using Final Action Dates (22MAY21) for I-485 filing.
