Nhu-Y Le has extensive experience create operational efficiencies in the immigration space. She graduated from Boston College Law School in 2013 and has worked exclusively in the field of business immigration since then. Nhu-Y has helped companies, from Fortune 100 corporations to startups and small businesses, bring foreign workers to the U.S.

Before joining BDV Solutions as Senior VP of Operations, she served as the Director of Legal and VP of Client Services for an immigration tech startup. Previously, she also served as in-house immigration counsel for a Fortune 100 technology company and as an attorney for the largest business immigration law firm in the world.

In 2021, Nhu-Y was featured in Business Insider as one of the top business immigration attorneys for startups. In 2022, she co-authored a book titled Women in Law: Discovering the True Meaning of Success to chronicle unique paths to success within the legal profession.
