Monica has been supporting C Suite executives for well over 25 years and is passionate about what she does.  She sincerely feels doing her job well enables her managers to focus on company priorities, benefiting both the company as well as their clients/customers.

She worked for a pool chemical company for many years early on, where she found her niche in travel and meeting planning.  From there she diversified, working for accounting firms, including KPMG, for eight years.  When her husband, Dave, retired in 2008, they moved from upstate New York to Greenville, South Carolina.  They loved downtown Greenville and everything the area had to offer.  During this time the economy struggled, so Monica volunteered at Shriners Children’s Hospital.   She has worked for Ogletree Deakins as legal secretary as well as manufacturers 3M and Michelin.  She also lived in Florida for three years working for the Visiting Nurse Association of Florida, which allowed her to make a difference supporting those angels we call nurses.  She loves what BDV does and is very excited to be part of the BDV team! 

In her free time, she enjoys live music, working out, gardening, movies and spending time with her husband and two dogs, ButterBall and Daisy Mai.
