Gilvandro Neto is an Immigration Consultant at BDV Solutions. He is based in Brazil, speaks Portuguese fluently and is a great resource for any Brazilians and Portuguese speakers.

Gilvandro graduated from law school in Brazil in 2012. He then went on to get his LLM from the University of Houston Law Center in 2016. His LLM program focused on International business transactions, Transnational Investment Law and U.S. Immigration law.

Besides working as an attorney in Brazil, Gilvandro has worked as a Brazilian Liaison for an Immigration law office in Orlando, Florida. In this position, he assisted Brazilian clients who were going through immigration processes, with a focus on Employment Based Visas and Business Immigration (L1 and E2 visas).

Currently, Gilvandro works at BDV Solutions as an Immigration Consultant, at Argo Visa in Business Development for Brazil, and is the CEO of an Investment for Real Estate Development & Project Management focused on apartment buildings.
