BDV Solutions, LLC ("BDV") is the largest independent third-party provider of EB-3 employee sponsor consulting and case management services in the U.S., focusing on unskilled (entry-level) labor solutions for U.S. businesses. BDV works with the top immigration law firms to assist non-immigrant visa holders to adjust their visa status in the U.S. from an eligible non-immigrant visa to EB-3 permanent residency Green Card and foreign nationals living outside of the U.S. through the Consulate Process. This position will also support other lines of business as we continue to grow and expand.

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator assists the Director of Sales with managing the high volume of prospective and current foreign nationals who are seeking to apply for the EB-3 unskilled visa program. This position provides operational and analytical support and assists with special projects. In addition, the Sales Coordinator corresponds with potential clients by answering questions and resolving issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages, monitors, and responds to a high volume of chats, phone calls, and communications from prospective clients
  • Reviews applications and questionnaires from prospective clients regularly; approves or rejects applications upon review of the Questionnaire and Basic Documents stage of the process
  • Organizes and schedules a large volume of phone calls and 1:1 consultations
  • Assists prospective clients in obtaining assistance for technical assistance
  • Monitors BDV Facebook group, replies to comments and approves membership requests
  • Assist with all social media platforms to ensure the full range of services being offered are marketed to a large number of public followers
  • Works with the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing in managing constant internal and external communications to ensure all the Sales and Business Development Team is aligned with consistent points around immigration services
  • Develop, implement, and track sales and assist the Director of Sales in adopting key monthly and quarterly metrics
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior immigration experience preferred
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Spanish or multi-lingual, strongly preferred
